Our Story
My pottery journey started a month after the passing of my soul dog, Astro.
His favorite thing to do was sit on our patio bench watching the cars go by, seeing the clouds move, and hearing the bird’s chirp. Since he passed, now I get to do his favorite thing all while creating pottery in the same spot as a way of connecting with him. Although he is gone from this realm, I will continue to honor & celebrate his life with my work.
Astr Ceramics was created in honor of Astro meaning star, heaven, outer space. Each piece is handmade, hand painted, one-of-a-kind, and always made with love.
