Every Astr Ceramics collection begins with a feeling, a memory, a moment, or something close to my heart. Each collection reflects that inspiration, shaped into functional pieces for the home: mugs, bowls, vases, and decor.

Down to Earth Collection

Down to Earth Collection |
Moving into a new place and my own home, this collection was inspired by the environment around me as a way to honor new beginnings.
Paws & Petals Collection

Paws & Petals Collection |
Paws & Petals represents the idea of keeping our loved ones close during the holiday season. Lilies to represent my grandparents, paw prints for the pups including the loss of my dad’s dog, Kobe.
I also used flowers from Astro’s passing as pressed flowers printed on the cups. Each piece holds space for grief, memory, and quiet rituals of love.

2 Years of Clay Anniversary |
When I first launched Astr Ceramics two years ago, I offered Appa cups for pre-order. They were cute little chunky cups.
This collection is a reflection of where I started and is a time capsule of where I am. Appa is a symbol of taking flight and the relationship between him and Aang from Avatar the Last Airbender is such a special one.
Timeless: The Collection

Timeless: The Collection |
An ode to the everlasting moments we experience and a reflection of my specific taste & style in what i believe to be as timeless. The details: you’ll find pieces in various shapes with straight lines and glazes in curved lines to resemble time being linear but also sharing that we’re all on different paths. our journeys are unique to each of us.
The name: The timeless collection is in honor of my birthday month. A year older, wiser, and a reminder to slow down & find myself. a piece of myself is really in every piece and this is the first collection where they feel more like me. I’m on this journey of just finding who I am, and I think that everything comes with time. Scars heal with time, the days pass, but we keep looking forward to the next.
You & Me
|
You & Me |
One for me & one for you.
The story of You & Me stems from the story of me & Astro. This collection embodies brighter colors, checkered patterns, retro mug sshapes, and is designed with love and care while celebrating the joy of togetherness.
Every ceramic piece is perfectly paired for two of a kind.
To The Moon & Back
|
To The Moon & Back |
A collection about love beyond the stars.
It’s about finding light through the darkness. It reflects the balance of yin and yang with the color palette & explores every emotion in between happiness and sadness. It’s brilliantly beautiful for the moon to light up the darkest of nights similar to how pottery became my light in the darkest times of time.
Iwould write Astro letters in journals that always ended with “I love you to the moon & back.” The moon goes through phases, much like the grieving journey we experience. The ‘Toy’ Characters are drawn and created from Astro’s toys.
Inspired by my forever soul dog, Astro, his toys, and his playfulness.
I’ve recreated his toys within mugs. It was such a heartfelt process for me as I made the little faces, attached the handles, and ran through the memories of playing with Astro in my head, which was bittersweet in the way that I wish her were still here.

Play: The Collection |
Colors completely inspired by a dream of walking through a vibrant meadow, stepping through fields of green & flowers, feeling the warmth of the sun, hearing the water crash down the waterfall, and following Astro through a paw print path.

Our First Collection |
Inspired by the colors of Astro’s fur, the black and white pieces represent my growth with flowers. These pieces tell the story of our walks in the park through green glazes to match the grass, blue glazes to reflect the sky and a few orange pieces to symbolize the colors of his harness. We’d watch the seasons change, see the flowers bloom, and he’d smell just about everything.

My very first pieces made from clay. Once I created this pieces, I realized that I wanted to share them with the world so that I could keep making pottery and practicing the craft.
